Create Great Events Ltd is the controller of personal information collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16936393, with our registered office at 16 St. Audreys Close, Hatfield, United Kingdom, AL10 8UW.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when ordering, donating or contacting us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, country, order details, gift-recipient details and, for physical products, the delivery address.

When you RSVP for a launch event, we also create a personal invitation link you may choose to share. The link displays your first name to the people you invite but does not contain or reveal your email address.

Payment card details are collected directly by Stripe or Paystack and are not stored on our servers. We receive payment references and status information needed to confirm transactions.

How and why we use it

We use your information to fulfil orders, provide secure digital access, deliver physical products, manage donations, prevent fraud, respond to enquiries, keep financial records and operate our business.

Our legal bases include performing our contract with you, complying with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in securely administering and improving our services. We ask for consent where required.

Who receives information

We use trusted service providers for website hosting, databases, payments, analytics, advertising measurement, email marketing, delivery and operational notifications.

These providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and process it under their own terms and applicable data-protection obligations.

Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement

We use essential technology to operate the website, checkout, secure administration and digital access. These essential functions remain available when optional cookies are declined.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. This may include pages viewed, browser and device information and approximate location.

We use Meta Pixel to measure how people respond to our advertising. The Pixel loads when website pages are visited and may receive pages viewed, actions taken on the website, browser and device information and identifiers used for measurement and attribution.

We also send server-side website events to Meta for advertising measurement, including page views, content views, valid checkout leads, checkout starts and verified purchases. Browser and server copies use the same event identifier so Meta can deduplicate them. Where customer identifiers are used for matching, they are normalised and cryptographically hashed before transmission. Server-side events do not themselves place or read cookies on your device.

We may test different versions of a paid-ad landing page. We record the message angle shown and campaign tags so we can compare unique visits, valid leads, checkout starts and verified purchases. If you submit checkout details, we associate your name, email address and order reference with the version you saw for internal attribution and service improvement. This does not add you to marketing emails unless you separately choose to receive them.

Google Analytics remains disabled unless you select “Allow optional cookies”. Your Google Analytics preference is stored on your device for up to six months.

You can review or change your Google Analytics choice using the “Cookie preferences” link in the website footer.

International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.

Retention and security

We retain order and transaction records for as long as required for fulfilment, tax, accounting, fraud prevention and legal claims. Account and access records are retained while access remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards.

We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your information, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
